This is an agreement between Netzee Global Private Ltd., an Internet services company ("Netzee"), the owner and operator of netzee.lk (the "Netzee Site"), the Netzee software (collectively, including all content provided by Netzee through the apps and the Netzee Site, the "Netzee Service", or the "Service"), and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Service.

Information provided by our users through the Netzee Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Netzee. Netzee has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
In addition, Netzee will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Netzee shall not be responsible for any damages, claims, or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.

You acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide Netzee with your mobile phone number. When providing your mobile phone number, you must provide accurate and complete information.
We collect the mobile phone number of all users, and the email address of users who opt in to receive e-mail newsletters during registration. You must notify Netzee immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your mobile phone. Although Netzee will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Netzee or others due to such unauthorized use.

You agree not to use or launch any automated system Including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc. or "load testers" such as wget, apache bench, mswebstress, httpload, blitz, Xcode Automator, Android Monkey, etc., that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Netzee servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a Netzee application, and you are forbidden from ripping the content unless specifically allowed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Netzee grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the website for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials.
Netzee reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. While we don't disallow the use of sniffers such as Ethereal, tcpdump or HTTPWatch in general, we do disallow any efforts to reverse-engineer our system, our protocols, or explore outside the boundaries of the normal requests made by Netzee clients.
We have to disallow using request modification tools such as fiddler or whisker, or the like or any other such tools activities that are meant to explore or harm, penetrate or test the site. You must secure our permission before you measure, test, health check or otherwise monitor any network equipment, servers or assets hosted on our domain.
You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including the phone number, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service for any commercial solicitation or spam purposes. You agree not to spam, or solicit for commercial purposes, any users of the Service.
The design of the Netzee Service along with all associated properties, are owned by or licensed to Netzee Global Private Limited, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Sri Lankan Law. The Service is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only.
Netzee reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Service other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.

Users are expected to take necessary precautions to secure their accounts, such as using strong and unique passwords and promptly reporting any suspicious activity.

By registering as a user on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our services are restricted to individuals who are 18 years old or older.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content or information shared on our service if we have reason to believe it violates our Terms of Use, community guidelines, or if required by applicable laws. Additionally, we may refuse, discontinue, or restrict access to all or parts of the service, including the termination or disabling of your account, under the following circumstances:
Account Deletion and Data Removal: If you wish to permanently delete your account, please use the Delete Account option in Settings. Upon your request for account deletion, the process will automatically commence within 24 hours. While this process is underway, the content will no longer be visible to other users but will remain subject to our Terms of Use and Data Policy. Full removal of content from backups and disaster recovery systems may take up to an additional 90 days after content deletion. However, content will not be deleted within the initial 90 days of the account or content deletion process under the following circumstances:
Post-Account Termination: Upon the deletion or disabling of your account, these Terms of Use shall terminate as an agreement between you and us.

Encourage customers to provide honest reviews and feedback. Do not engage in any activities that manipulate or influence reviews, such as incentivizing positive feedback or posting fake reviews.

Safeguard your merchant account login credentials and promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Netzee reserves the right to terminate or suspend your merchant account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm our community or reputation.
By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of data related to your merchant account.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
